Tomatoes and Poached Eggs

Here’s a picture of my breakfast back is September: a couple of poached eggs over a warmed up tomato fresh from the garden. The eggs came form the chickens in the back yard. The eggs are sprinkled with chives from the garden as well as salt and pepper. Served with half a peach and half a plum. I see that its tagged with “toast”. I wonder if there’s a piece of toast under the tomato?
