1 cup onion
1⁄4 cup raisins
1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
1⁄2 cup water
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped
Add all ingredients to blend and puree.
Add more water to thin to desired consistency
